![]() I'm at a loss here because the sound is horrendous on this headset out of the box, I know this headset is really good but if there is no solution for my issue I would have nothing else to do but to return the headset. (each time I uninstalled it I deleted all files from Logitech under my %appdata% folder. I was told uninstalling the G Hub software and reinstalling it until it finally worked, I tried that several times. ![]() I was told that unplugging my device and plugging it back in could potentially TEMPORARILY solve my issue, I unplugged my headset around 50-times before giving up. Uninstalling my device through the Device Manager, unplugging my headset, deleting ALL files regarding Logitech, emptying my recycling bin, restarting my pc, reinstalling G Hub, opening as administrator, plugging in my headset. ![]() Here, select the Headphone and click on Set Default. Under Playback tab, you will see the list of all the audio output devices connected to the computer. Make sure that View by is set to Large icons and click on Sounds. TRIED to install a past version of G Hub (which isn't possible through the Logitech website). To set a default audio device, you can follow these steps. Uninstalling my device through the Device Manager, uninstalling G Hub, restarting my PC, reinstalling G Hub. Unplugging the headset and restarting my PC, then opening G Hub as administrator, and finally plugging in my headset. There have been posts by people with similar issues, and the only solutions they offer were barely working (if even working at all). I recently got a G Pro X Wired headset and upon downloading the G Hub software needed to fix the poor audio the headset has out of the box, I discovered that the picture of my headset was showing but the text for the headset was blurred out ( ). I've seen very little posts about this exact issue, and I've seen even less solutions for the issue. SOLVED! simple fix to those with the same issue, check your Sound settings ( ), make sure your headset is set to Enabled.
